Katie Poole, CFP®

Katie serves as a Partner at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC, and is a member of the firm’s Communications Committee and Investment Committee. In her role, she provides strategic guidance to private clients with complex financial needs, overseeing the development of investment policy, the design of customized portfolio strategies, and the integration of long-term wealth and estate planning objectives. Katie also contributes to firmwide strategic priorities, offering leadership on initiatives that enhance Mill Creek’s investment platform, client experience, and communications approach.

Before joining Mill Creek, Katie served as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she advised families, endowments, and foundations on investment management and planning strategies. Previously, she was a Senior Investment Advisor to high-net-worth families with Convergent Wealth Advisors in New York, NY.

Outside of Mill Creek, Katie is a member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, and she chairs the organization’s Investment Committee and serves on the Finance Committee.

Katie received a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a CFP® professional.
